These speaker pads work by diverting and reflecting airborne sound waves. Here's a graphical representation of how they work (this picture is from the new instructions we're working on). I did my roof in 2-3 layers of damp pro. And still have w full Bulk pack left to use on my doors. I think I'll give this to my dad to use in his '60 Rambler. But will use the speaker tweaker pads. Give me more of an edge when I do concert showdown lol. All in all great product and thanks for looking out for the competitors, TDH, and having our president on your companies team.
