bigmike71 Posted January 2, 2008 Report Posted January 2, 2008 i was wondering if you could help me design a box for my 97 honda accord. my subs are Atomic APSPL 12s x 2. i would like to have a removable port cause i compete in spl, sql, and drive-by spl. total dimensions of trunk is 33w x 16h x 35D. i dont want to use the entire trunk cause i am also trying for install points as well. thanks in advance

bigmike71 Posted January 2, 2008 Report Posted January 2, 2008 it would have to play music so i was thinking around 35 to 38hz the box i have now is tuned to 32hz but i could only get 135.9 out of it. i compete in meca and was getting bet by a guy with one sub. he hit 142 and was tuned to 42hz. i will be pushing 2200 watts to each sub. not sure which way they should face whatever hits the hardest. your help is greatly appreciated
andym85 Posted January 2, 2008 Author Report Posted January 2, 2008 i mean if u did swappable ports then u could keep one tuned low and tune the other one in the up 40hz range...i will play with the numbers and see if i can get everything to fire forward...out of curiousity...where u from? i likes me some audio stuff...
