sayhuh?
So, I bought a 2005 VW GTI 1.8T 2 door and I now have a dally llama. I was keeping my Jetta TDi for my system, but it was a rust bucket, so now I have this: to put all of this in: (2 Fi BTLs Fully loaded-D2s on two PB 3000s) Now on to my question. The 'trunk' is 39" wide x 25" deep x about 28" height (this is almost to the ceiling). Of course, I cannot use this full space cause I need amp and battery space, so my question is to you experts...should I just run one sub and one amp? Would this be a better direction to go? Appreciate the help! Also, I have (4) 4" aero ports I want to use with the box. I will also be looking for a nice box design too....for daily and demo. (if needed, I can get a pic of trunk tomorrow. Oooh one more thing. How the heck do you change out the speakers in the back? Blown

loudNlow87
I'm no expert, by any means. But I would run both. For batt space, build the box so it has a 'notch' on the bottom tall enough to sneak the batts under. Also, those four 4" aero's probably aren't what you'd want to use for that kind of space. I'd at least use two 8" tubes. Those BTL's look clean as hell for their age.
