Because I've seen this on walls and such, if you wanted better airflow, think instead of using 45's, you could cut a pvc pipe in half, and put it on that corner.

That's true, the pvc would actually stand out like sore thumb in the box made of beautiful wood.

haha yeah if i was going to do that I would kerf the wood and 45 the ends so its all smooth

totally bummed...

to night I went to finish my box and I had to resort to the cheapo craftsman table saw.

needless to say I cant even cut the last piece with it. damn gonna head to the shop tomorrow morning and finish the box tomorrow night
