  2. I,ve read thing where you do not want the outer chamber tuning to be exactly an octave above the inner tuning.
  3. if you strap at 2 ohms i would run about a 5 cube sealed side, if you run more power then a smaller sealed side is needed to keep the sub more under control.
  4. another good box calc is on bcae1.com it gives very similar results to torres.
  5. those are huge sealed sides for the amount of power he is running! the sub will overexcurt at that size sealed volume.

  7. heres another one with a depth of 16 and height of 30 this one has the right sub displacement this time im on my laptop and the screen is not tall enough to show the whole thing!
  8. with that power id do like 2.5 to 3 cubes sealed and like 9 cubes with 144^2 in of port tuned to like 45hz

  12. ya i had to redo paart of my 4th order for it to fit.
  13. That should fit just put a brace between the two subs.
  14. Before you buy the sub make sure to contact fi about the mounting depth, i recently bought a fi ssd 12 and my sub is closer to 7 inches when it states its 6.5 inches on the website!
  15. Those pillars would be much easier to adjust to get the sound stage right when setting it up!
  16. you can kerf it its not that hard to do check out the video on here it is really helpfull. I did my box using that video and it came out great!

  19. wont for 2 subs to be wired at 1 ohm wont he need dual 1 ohms?
