Nicely done on the frames. Are you trying to go down any further than that? I only ask cause of the rounded corners. If not, then great, if so I can't wait to see what you do to corner it out.

Just out of curiosity, what about using double sided foam tape instead of screws? That way you don't put a bunch of holes in your piece, less to deal with later. I guess if it's on the bottom it doesn't matter, just a suggestion you probably already know about.

This router is SCARY, and when I'm putting a ton of pressure on the router to cut I prefer screws to hold my pieces instead of double sided tape. I did use double sided tape for the rings I made today bc I didn't want the wood to deform or have holes it in. Ill upload pictures tomorrow I didn't have time. As for the trip pieces ill be glassing them so no worries about the holes!

haha i enjoy the comments dont go in a corner. I'm trying to do a hybrid. I like the look of the float mount but I want it to for sure plug into a lighting cord so its the absolute best sound.

Ill cut an area for the lighting cord. Ill prob get some magnets like sound man to attach the iPad. So NO COVER PLATE it'll be floating
