masterbusa2
... Okayyyyyy so I have had my eye on this battery that is about 2ft long and as wide as a normal battery its a super duty battery that the guy said was used for tractors or something, they want 140 for it and its freaggin huge, so would it work If i just put the battery in my trunk and did not have one upfront, and just used my old hot wire hooked it up to the car's power wire then hook up hte other end that usually hooks up to the amp hook it up[ to the battery so that it will power my alt, and other electrical systems through my 4 gauge wire... and if that would work, would I have to run a ground all the way to the battery for the accessories too? or could i just ground it to the car then ground the battery to the back of the car really well... Lbox88
Why not go to audiosavings.com and check out the XS power batts and see if they have one that fits. Might be close to the same cost as an optima but will be a MUCH better battery. EDIT: Like THIS ONE UBL | Build Log
