RooTxBeeR
I read the topic, and getting a response in a timely fashion is not a priority, I have nothing but time. I have a 91' civic Hatchback DX. I will be running a T1500.1bdCP @ 1 ohm on 2 SA-12's and a T600-4 on a T1 6x9's and 6.5 comp set. I was going to be getting a XS power bat under the hood, and possibly 2 smaller batts in the back. I am looking for a quote on a alternator for this car for that set up. I was thinking about a 225 or 250 Amp alt would do that good, I am no expert or have experience in that so let me know what you think Mechman! MECHMAN
I have a 220a unit available for your car. It's a large case conversion, comes with adjustable voltage and will put out 220a @ 1800rpm, 135a @ 800rpm. This unit has far superior cooling and low-speed output to other smaller designs and is what we have used for Honda applications for many years. Email [email protected] for pricing.
