baaudio Posted December 11, 2011 Report Posted December 11, 2011 the only thing i would recommend is some way to block uv rays from those woofers. ive been working in audio shops for a little over 3 years and have seen lots of those kenwoods with rotted surrounds. those woofers arent even that old (production wise). just my $.02 man. id hate to see something like that happen to this project. its ovbiously not an immediate problem but a chance. Iv'e seen speakers rot sitting in the sun, I debating a few different things to do, but it stays parked in the shade most of the time and I figure he will upgrade by the time it gets too bad, those are just $30 kenwoods (each). amazon link to speakers ^^^ just wanted to post because I didn't get pics of the subs.
