baaudio Posted December 11, 2011 Report Share Posted December 11, 2011 I think you'd be able to get enough airspace raising your seat. Unfortunately I don't have pics of the box installed. Just sitting in my garage. The thing hammered though. He was running two 10" jl w3s on a jl 1000/1 v2. I'll load pics when I get home. I think you'll have plenty of room the only thing I'd change about that box is not so deep. But I did what I had to to get proper volume. Then be like BAM then their faces would be like. ^^^exactly what im saying!! thats what i was like when i heard the mustang at this local show last weekend. i was like dang looks pretty good and then he started slammin i was like 20 feet away leaning against a concrete column and i felt it shaking. and if you think about it 4 8s is 32" of cone vs 1 18" i would take the 32" over that and the 2 15s is 30" of cone (obviously lol) and like they say cone is king (somethin like that) well whatever sub brand you choose just build a very good box and give it good power and you should be very happy with it. emphasis on the box.
