About how much can i expect to pay for...

Recommended Posts

Well u cant take measurements and account for the port and the subs and get a rough amount of air space u will have. Ya i understand. Well i hope it all works out for the best and it sounds good.

price is gonna depend on what wood u use and how much fiber glass u get.. i spent @$90 on fiber glass for my build and @140 for wood i caught a sale on 11plye birch for 24.99 tho ...but all depends on how much wood u need...i will tell u its no easy task if ur a noob..i have build a few good boxs in my day and they get easier ...but its hard to make perfect cuts

I hear you with making cuts but the wood part is not really what Im worried about. Not sayin I make a perfect cut everytime but I worked in carpentry for a year and have a friend thats been doing it for 6 years and I was thinkin of using 3/4 mdf possibly 1'' But all I will need for wood (if the box gets designed how Im thinking) will be the front face of the box so the shape of the floor to the bottom edge of the bench seat and I think somewhere around 50-54' wide then the top of the box which would be under the backseat so same width by maybe 12-15 inches so one sheet of wood will do it

hey man, you know Im right up in Nashua if you need any help :good:

but say you need around 1-1.5 gallons resin, some mat, wood, glue, screws, brushes, tape, wax....Id say around 150-200 max. but you know planning is everything. the more you plan ahead, the easier/faster/better it will turn out.
