All the connections are tight, but everytime I hit a bump or tap on the dash it kicks off or the lights go dim.. Wtf

Where do you have the remote wire attached to? Do your amps kick off too? Those power connections at the back are lamesauce.

So loose it physically by unscrewing and then tap it while on, if it still does that check the fuse if you installed it, if not then it's something inside it.
