I was thinking about trading for two 12" pioneer champion series pro subs but I don't really know anything about them. Only reason I wanna get rid of the 9500 is cause my amp doesn't do very well at 4 ohms and the sub sounds like shit

Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.

As long as the power rating of the sub is comparable to the 9500 I would say you'd be okay. I have had the sub posted on craigslist for a little while but haven't really heard from anyone. Had one guy call and said that his friend might be interested in trading his 13W7 then never heard back from him
