i voted port on bottom originally, b/c i think the air would flow more smoothly downward. the point about the baffle being braced by the port does raise an interesting point though. i think it could go either way here.

More box builds

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

Subwoofers: 2 AQ HDC3 18's

Mids and Highs: 1 pair of AQ PA-6.5's and 1 pair of AQ PA Supertweets

146db- Dash

143.8db- Headrest

Both on music

i would say bottom port but add bacing to the face plate.

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
