And finals was posted on mecas homepage stating that you had to pre register before oct 8th for at least a month. I wasn't on a team for casper or sbn but I knew if I wanted to compete there I had to pre register...if your going to compete in an organization...you need to learn everything you can about it. There is a reason for pre registration for a large show, if they don't trophies for certain classes, why pay for them. About the battery it said in the rules for AS nothing larger than 1000 CCAs so depening on which website you looked at you could run up to a d2700 or d3100. I ran rhino liner on the outside of my roof for 6 plus shows .. was the onll guy over here on west coast with it... judges said its not in the rules...then all of a sudden its an external mod and they said I have to move to mod or extreme... after I had national record in s5. Someone hated cause I was winning....and thought it made me louder so I pulled that shit for the next show and did the same numbers...but cost me hundreds of dollars and my roof is still primered.. that's why I didn't go to world...my normal score would of won world...but after all the horror stories I heard I said I'm kool....there will always be rule changes its just making the sport less appealing for the new comer.... I try to promote competeing over here but how can I when the rules are they way the are...most won't compete..I say somehow we get this topic to steve stern..and everyone with complaints or concerns sign it...we should have some say we support his org financially.don't we?
