speedball1978
Trying to make wood and fiberglass stick to plastic for my door panels and a pillars. What glue or adhesive would you guys recommend?
blownengine
Is the wood just for speaker rings and frames until they are wrapped and resined? Simple hot glue has always worked for me to hold the general frames together while I wrap them in cloth. To get the fiberglass to stick to plastic you can drill a bunch of small holes. The resin will fill the holes, and hold better. 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT (Yea its got a Hemi)Alpine CDA-105KnuKonceptz 0ga CCA Big 3 with Yellow Top 15" SoundQubed HDC3DC Audio 1.2K (Bass)Pioneer 6x9's (Front)Pioneer 6.5's (Rear)Kicker 3.5's (Dash)Sony amp on the highs. speedball1978
I think the hot glue will work best for framing and the holes for wrapping

mbdblue
if you want to wrap something tight, hot glue just isn't strong enough. Has let go on me too many times, and sometimes right before I resin. CA glue for everything period.
