put foam inside the weather seal area. thats whats rattling most likely

as well as the area where the latch is.

some cars are able to have the ring that the latch attaches too move down for a tighter fit.

id be verrry careful if you put spray foam where the weather seal is if you put too much it could warp it then it will be raining in your trunk.

Could I use dynamat on the trunk lid where the weather seal sits?

Have you adjusted you latch down(if possible) so it holds the trunk tighter?

use some duck tape on the latch hook of the trunk also on some cars there are shields under or near the bottom of the trunk make sure there not touching or not to close to anything...bets thing to do is turn it up and find each rattle and try to kill it with what ever you can if it bothers you
