Is that clamp meter from harbor freight? I just threw mine a way yesterday. Damn thing never gave a good reading.

yes it is LOL.

What is your box tuned to and that ohm load was after box rise?If so why is it so high if your wired to 1ohm?Reason im asking is because I just got a clamp meter and plan on doing mine probably this week.

I be-leave it is tuned around 40ish if I remember right. I do not exactly why its rising so high, and yes I'm wired to 1ohm at amp.

this was my last test before turning up the amps.

90.4 volts

19.2 amps

1735.68 wats

@4.7 ohms

Yeah I'm not the expert on this but that seems like alot of box rise.Was that at full tilt? I'm going to check mine tomorrow since its 10 at night here and see what kind of numbers my 2 SAZ3500's pull.Hopefully someone with knowledge on this stops in and comment.

Me neither bro lol. im still learning shit i just learned how to clamp them. Yes that was at full tilt and only 1 amp so multiply that by 2 and that,s my total power for both amps so im almost getting 3500watts out of both amps at 4.7ohms. I dont know how to fight box rise either that's my next mission after these pillars.

You fight box rise by getting bigger amps. My brothers truck rises to 6-8 ohms. Clamped power was around 200-300 watts but still did a 49.x in his truck. Unless you're ray I haven't figured out how to guestimate what It will be before building and clamping. I dont think your rise Is that bad.

yeah its not that bad. I just wish it was lower. If i re-cone and wire then down to .5 will that cut it in half?
