...Oh Chris, David.......that dude that is "locked up" is Corey and he does have a pathy.......but a grey one and since i built his box i wouldnt call that one ghetto :D

it was Josh from San Jose.......and even though it did look like someone used their false teeth to cut his speaker holes, it did hit VERY hard......

Yea dat right der was pretty much how I would describe it.

Nice work there Boss man...I would venture to say....after 2 am...and many "brain grenades" before the install took place?

I was blown away by it on so many levels:

1: It looked terrible

2: It actually HURT...1st time I'd ever experienced THAT.

3: It was "just 2-15's" (I had run 2-15's in my 1st setup and this was like easily 3-4 times louder)

4: In an SUV no less....like DOUBLE the air to pressurize than my lil ol hatchback Integra.

I was just dumbfounded how hard it hit....I guess the "ghetto" sleeper box was still "correct" where it counted.

Meade wins again.

the loudest Ive heard and sat in was a old friend of mine named Jimmy Zimmerman. He competes professionally for Polk and MTX and holds quite a few records. I havent seen or talked to Jimmy in about 2 yrs but anyway he had a Dodge Dakota walled with 18 Polk Momo 12s, 18 MTX 1500Ds, a 4" Momo comp set in the A-pillars and kicks, 2-6.5" Momo Comp sets in each door and several Momo 6x9s at the edge of the wall....He was farting in the mid 160s. He had a stand that controlled the volume from outside the truck. He used a ton of dynomat and he sealed everything up with rhino liner. That was the first time I saw Rhino liner used for car stereo. Last time I talked to him he had a Volkswagon with submarine glass with just 2-MTXs ( not sure which subs because this was back in about 04') that farting low 70s. I heard tell of that Volkswagon but never saw it in person, but i did see a couple of 6ft trophies he won off of it. He taught me alot of stuff by just by watching him because he and his son did all his installs. Steve reminds me alot of him the way you guys do ur own builds and ur knowledge of it.
