The height won't matter to much so if you need to adjust it that will be fine. The subs are AQ sd2.5 15's and the box is going in a 07 ford escape. I would like it ported both sub and port up tuned at 36-38hz. Joe X Posted January 6, 2012 Report Share Posted January 6, 2012 Ok, I assumed the following, driver displacement = .14 cuft per sub, number of drivers = 2 and your height is my depth I went for 20" instead of 18" Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 36 Hz Vb = 6,8 ft^3 Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted External Height = 24,5 in External Width = 40 in External Depth = 20 in Port Width = 5 1/2 in Cut List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: Front = 33 3/4 x 23 Front Internal = 33 x 23 Back = 40 x 23 Left & Right Sides: Side 1 = 18 1/2 x 23 Side 2 = 17 3/4 x 23 Top & Bottom = 40 x 20 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 13 x 23 Extension = 6 1/2 x 23 Check my calculations and let me know if you have any questions.
