Discoloration on brake rotors

Has anyone ever had discoloration on their brake rotors similar to what's seen below? I have EBC RedStuff brakepads on stock rotors.

There are randomly placed "spots" of the discoloration all around both front rotors. I have a feeling it's nothing serious but I figure I'll get the eye of people who may have seen this before.

PS: I know my wheel's are dirty. Cleaning them today. Heh..

Basicly those are hot spots

If those are not new rotors then they might be slightly distorted causing high spots that will heat up more than the rest of the rotor

this would cause the discoloration

Do you have a shake of anything while braking?
