OrionStang
Doing 8's in sealed boxes behind my front seats to create a sort of 4-way stage, 5 if you count the 12". Anyway, the DC site says to use .5 cu ft for an 8. Would they be okay in smaller space? Say .3 or .4 cubes? CJ18
Should be good. That is about what I am going to have in mine. I am also only running 2 on a 1.2k at .
OrionStang
.5 ohms or .5 cubes? LOL Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

OrionStang
I'll let you test that. I'm doing my pair on the 1.2k at 2 ohms. Safe and clean. But if it works for you, I may have to wire down. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

CJ18
The 8s have been m2s for awhile. If theere are what look like risers between the basket and motor then they are m2.
OrionStang
The 8's have been m2 for a while now. But yes, they are 600rms whereas the m1's were 300rms. I popped an m1 on a RF t500-1 when they were first released. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
