Still plan to wall it anyway, the back hatch doesn't like bass on this level Build so far: 2002 4dr 4x4 Blazer Pioneer DEH-P6900UB ID CTX65CS components, drivers side mid replaced with a jbl 2118 Powerbass ASA600.4x 4ch bridged to the door speakers 4 18" Fi Q's 2 - AQ2200D strapped @ 1 ohm Iraggi 260a alternator XS Power S925 up front XS Power D3400 in the back Pic of the truck the day after I brought her home The reason I bought this truck in particular, still new in my book! 3" drop, don't even try to give me shit for lowering a 4x4, it still works, and the only "off-road" it ever sees is my stone driveway. My boy Will helping with some glue art Box finished, It's kinda big. And it is braced, just not in this picture. Intimidatingly big Roof is reinforced ala Smokey, strips of MDF, pegboard, and about 5 cans of great stuff. I can stand on it and it doesn't move. Going to fix that sub not being flush when I pull the box out for paint. Didn't have enough clamps for the amp rack, so I improvised And that's the last of my pictures, I've got more on an sd card somewhere at home, I'll up them later. Last but not least, the only video I have so far, because it gets dark at like 4:30-5:00. Damn winter. This was on 1 of my 2 2200D's, and before I reinforced the roof. You can hear the factory roof braces slapping a few times. It's a great deal louder now Edit: I said i had more pics. Just a few of the 5% tint till I get home and can get the ones off the camera And one of me that shows why I should not be allowed near anything flammable, especially kerosene, when I'm sleep deprived. That's a scrap piece of MDF from the box... I had a 2000 Blazer with 85,000 miles and I thought that was decently low. Poor Blazer though lol Not sure, got real lucky I guess, had to drive to jersey to get it tho They were asking 10 for it, paid 8. It's got a few scratches, one big ass dent on the tailgate that I'm going to try and pop out when I deaden it, but other than that, and the gutted/rattled apart interior, It's still like new. Damn straight! With 2 more batts, and some deadener if I have time to put it in. Back seat space is where I stashed my amps and D3400. Could prob move the amps though, either along the sides of the box, or still under the box, just not where they are right now. Or just put the batts along the sides of the box and leave my amps easily accessible for tuning. Used what I had, better than just having the batts sit in the garage unused. All of it is temporary till I get the box support rack built.
