I used prefabs when I was younger and have always gone to BassHeadsEnt.net for my high quality enclosures since I have gotten serious about car audio. They have treated me right and never let me down, but I felt I was ready for this step and the budget demanded I was, lol. The theme of this build is "Ugly but Functional". Front and eventually the trunk area will be covered with beauty panels... one day. See anything you would have done different, or that could have made it easier for me. I know next time I will cut the sub hole before I mount the panel, lol. And if I ever use a 2x2 frame to screw to again, I'll be sure to leave a gap for the sub. Cuttin that bish down in the car was a serious PITA. Ended up with the sub hole being to big, hence the second baffle that was planned all along , lulz. This is my first build that I have done entirely on my own. Ended up tracing these rings onto 3/4 inch wood cause the windows wouldn't go all the way down. Didn't get pics, but they look exactly the same just thicker. And my mids/highs amp. Old School Zed Made HiFonics Eagle 4 channel @ 7 ohms per channel bridged x 2. Serious budget build ! black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
