kwag415 Posted January 15, 2012 Report Posted January 15, 2012 Okay so I Finally said the hell with it, The L7 has to go. Its a 4ohm so I cant Power it with my 1000.1 so its NEVER been Over Powered. I also kept the Gain knob at ~Half Give or take depending on my mood lol and the Bass Boost on 0, So Clipping was minimal if any. Its a Kicker L7 Solo-Baric 08 DVC 4Ohm Currently in a custom ported box tuned to ~33 Hrz at around 5 Cubic feet I added rounded PVC pipe to the Port opening idk if it makes a difference but I Think it sounds better. lol Either way with or with out the box.
