sps1989 Posted January 16, 2012 Author Report Posted January 16, 2012 How could I do a slot out the top with slant on front and with it being thin
sps1989 Posted January 16, 2012 Author Report Posted January 16, 2012 I know my dc 8s liked a lot of port area so I was thinking around 25 would do good and 2 4" ports would give me that. But i may be able to do some kind of slot port

The general rule of thumb is that you should have about 15-18 sq inches per foot. Edit: He'll help you out, I'm sure he knows more than I do Basshead-in-Training
UKnoitsMe Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 updates ?? Man I'm glad I didn't lock this I get to witness two retards holding hands telling each other that it'll be ok because they are awesome.
sps1989 Posted January 25, 2012 Author Report Posted January 25, 2012 Haven't quite figured it out yet. Might have to modify some things
sps1989 Posted February 3, 2012 Author Report Posted February 3, 2012 I think I may have figured it out. Using 1/8" steel for the ports to save room inside the box. And I forgot to put it on these but the ports are 20.5" long.
412 CVX Posted February 6, 2012 Report Posted February 6, 2012 I think it's about time someone learned how to use sketchup Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. 99fullsizechevy Posted February 6, 2012 Report Posted February 6, 2012 Well this desgin has deff caught my attention.. Any pics of the actual area the box is going? I wouldn't mind seeing how your rear seat differs from the way mines mounted (ext cab) I know they are considerably different tho Laying frame soon.. System has to wait
sps1989 Posted February 6, 2012 Author Report Posted February 6, 2012 I'm still working on figuring out sketch up. And sure ill send you some possibly tonight. And for the ext cabs the seat are usually flush with the wall. Where mine just leans almost to the wall which gives me a fair amount of room.
