That's what I'm thinking. Or cut out some mdf and stack it under teh battery.

sorry could you explain what part dont fit ? maybe pics ?

This is my stock battery i had when i removed that battery and put the new one in, the Kinetik one didn't fit good like this one was to low and the terminals were under the plastic housing not above plus the rods not screwing far enough to hold it in. So i was thinking a HC-1400 would work better.
