Dead Kicker Amp?

Chamois

Recommended Posts

Yeah the 1000 doesnt have onboard fuses either .. Unless their internal behind the heatsync panel? or whatever the cover is called.

But yeah im assuming its dead.

If its something internal, is there anything i can do with it now? I know its not under warranty, is it worth selling to someone as parts? or just letting it collect dust on my shelf lol

pop the cover off for shits and giggles since its not under warranty and see if theres anything burnt

If it burned out you should be able to see the damaged area. I'm awaiting pictures. What year is the amp?

Its the 08ZX1000.1

I use it in my Winter car, and it always worked perfectly fine ..

Worked at the beginning of winter, went out and started my car last week sometime and realized it wouldnt power on

going over rms = smaller box, under rms = bigger box...

Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth.
