carshateme
Yeah I just bought the full image dynamite component speakers....have them hooked up to a crappy ppi amp...dont have them installed yet...will be installing them in my 09 impala in the spring. Tested them on hpf crossover...things were so loud I immediately turned them off...nothing like a ringing noise in ur ears....so just be cautious New build coming soon. Autruche please reply buddy I'm curious what you are taking about... So you have 6 mids and 6 tweets, and (2) 4-channel amps? If so, assuming they are all 4ohm you could bridge each 4 channel and run 3 speakers per channel at 2.67ohm or 6ohm. The amp running the tweeters would be high passed. The amp running the mids would have to be band passed, but if you amp doesn't support that one option is to low pass them on the amp and high pass on the HU(if your head unit supports that). You can double check the wiring at the12volt or similar.

DannyB
Ok guys I hope this works here are some pics of my build I have been improving over the years... As you can see I have the T1500 under the driver's seat and the 2 MB Quart ONX4.80 under the passenger's seat...when the seats are back you can't even see the amps...the doors are covered inside and out with FatMat...the QLogic kicks are in and I also moved a set of tweeters up to the A-pillars....Thanks for all your help guys....any thoughts on how much I will gain by running full active...will it be noticeable gains, is it worth running all the wire?? 07' 6.7 mega cab H&S mini maxx DPF/EGR delete 5" TBE 4.5" Fabtech 35" nittio trail grapplers 20" BMF novakane's Kenwood KIV-700 Rockford Fosgate T1500-1bdCP 2-MB Quart 4.80 3-Polk Audio MM6501 ProBox DMC212L-1000 144db @45hz Viper 5901
