american bass hd 18

i have an offer to buy an american bass hd 18 for 265 shipped. is this a good deal? i've never personally known anyone who ran these. are they any good? i'll be feeding it about 2000rms daily, but there site says it's rated at 1500rms. will it be able to take the 2000 daily? this site has never steered me wrong, so i respect your opinions.

i have heard hd 15" on more power but not a daily set up but im sure you can feed that sun 2k no problem

the guy who offered says it will take it daily, but i haven't heard a whole lot about the brand itself. are they any good? how clean did the 15 you heard sound?

and does anyone know the prices? is 265 shipped to my door a good deal?

heard it it is almost exactly like the aq woofers. therefore, yes they are good subs

no. i had to let the aq go. family first, you know. but now i get to rebuild, so just weighing my options on a new sub. why do you ask? are they not on the same level?
