damn, i didnt mean for in here lol. i wasnt trying to talk shit or put anybody down. and i was talking about when it was doing 149s.

for the record though, mine was tuned to 38hz, not 60hz lol. and it played music daily, for as long as i wanted, just fine too. it played lows well enough, not great, i just wouldnt turn it past 3/4 volume with a low note for obvious reasons. so i dont think i sacrificed much.

for you, it's not. if you have to ask about it, then you obviously don't know enough about mixing sizes to design and build it right.

but if you're going to ignore everyone that told you that you probably shouldn't do it and latch on to every little hint that it might be possible to do (completely disregarding other factors that might play in) then it's obvious that you want to do this. i suppose the best way to learn is the hard way. so just go for it and let us know how it works out.

10's and 15's or 12's and 18's but at different frequencies ofc. Mid bass and just bass

I ran 12's and 15's for over a year and did fine with it. 12's and 15's were in there own chambers and tuned the same at 36hz. I did a 148.1db

When I switch to 4 15's in a common chamber tuned at 38hz I broke 150.4 db with the same amp same power

That being said if you build the perfect box for the mixed subs and a perfect box for subs that are all the same size you will be louder with the matching sized subs.
