have a few places bid on it? Maybe and then the proceedes go to getting this fortunate kid we find?

Make the centers get agood deal, then they get a tax ride off, cuz proceedes would go toanother bike for somone of their choosing

I haven't posted on this forum in forever, been going through a lot myself (out of work, coming clean, homelessness, divorce, etc.) but i read this and DON'T EVEN CARE,this thread just brought the best happy tears I've had since seeing my kids for the first time in almost a year a few months ago. Not trying to thread jack, but I'm clean now for 81 days, just finally got a job, a place and my kids on weekends. You are truly a inspiration to all fathers. Kind of embarrassing that just months ago i thought my life wasn't worth fighting for anymore. I hope someday i can be half the father you are. My son is asking me right now why I'm crying, i told him cause there's still hope out there, he doesn't understand and ask me what I'm talking about, all i can tell him is that i will show him, and i promise, i will.

I have a few media contacts in Arkansas still and my brothers there will surely help (ones a police officer, the others are fire fighters and emt's)

I'm broke right now, but i will do everything i can to further your cause. It's so nice to see someone getting what they deserve for once in this world. Such a rare site these days.

Thank you sir, its been a lot of work, sleeping in your car in Wisconsin SUCKS!! lol, but i feel healthy for the first time in years, it's amazing how much harder you work when you arent putting a needle in your arm daily.....but now that i have my priorites back where they belong i feel great. I'm no longer addicted to roxy's, oxy's and dilaudeds, i get high on "daddy's", "i love you's" and smiles.......and i've never felt so high in my life!!! lol

but really, this guy is amazing, makes me want to work ten times harder. I'm so proud to be a member of this forum now, just wish i could help somehow...guess i could donate free computer work or some dvd's!! lol, anyone in Wisconsin need the hook up!?! lol

U just did. U don't have to give money bro. U saw this story and it pushed u a little more to continue to do whatever u can for your kids as Jason does for jaz. I co like the idea of a therapy center getting the bike. That way it can be used by many people and not just one. Now if you can find an individual who will really benefit from the tricycle, then that would be a great option as well. I would tend to go more towards it going to someone who needs is but cant afford it, a therapy center should have the money to get what they need for their patients.

That does make a lot of sense though. I would think a therapy center could afford these things easily. Makes for a tough decision lol

I was thinking the EXACT same thing....I know of instances where my daughter goes that they actually find someone less fortunate and donate their older equipment to. I'm for it going to a deserving, needing, single person. Trust me from seeing the insurance statements the PT and OT locations make PLENTY of money to cover the equipment they need.

I say we find one child who can't afford it. After all look at how excited jaz was to learn she was getting a new bike and look what it has ment for Jason. Stress lifted, worries gone. Doesn't another family deserve that feeling too

All great ideas guys....I say we give another of ideas and then take Smoke's advice and put it to a vote.....we can set up one of the poll's so it's easy to vote......I gave you all my word, and my word is good it's the one thing I want to be fully intact when I leave this life, so we are gonna do this together and I am gonna keep you all in the loop of everything that goes down involving this.

Whoever it ends up going to, it will be an honor and a privilage to be able to donate it on behalf of all of SMD!!
