I hadnt even turned the stereo on today, but I think I may have it wired to an accessory wire and not ignition, so if I unlock the car with my keyless, it may turn the fans on.

Ok so I went out disconnected the remote wire. Fans stayed on. I waited about 10 min, went back out fans are still on. It may be what Blue said, but still confusing!

My next step would be to call Tru and ask them what is going on. They will know exactly what is going on.

Might have a thermal switch not working properly and need to have it replaced , at least take it in and have it looked cause as long as the amp works perfectly fine it shouldn't be much to fix what is wrong with it.
