My question is what type of paperwork or classes are needed to get a handgun license? Does it have to be renewed every few years like a drivers license? Also what would the average cost be at the end of everything be, not including buying a firearm? Now what confuses me is that there is a law against machine guns in Texas, but this guy at work has a single shot AR that he shoots all the time.
