But honestly, i think im going to fork out the 80$ for 2 6" Aeros from parts express, just to have something simple and clean. I got alot done on the box today, glue finished drying, screwed it up, caulked the seams and ran an All-Thread support through the middle. Box is sturdy as hell. I was gonna flush mount the aeros upward in the box like your build but that would only leave me at 5.9 cubes and thats just not enough for a BTL 18. I think im going to mount the ports outside the box facing the driver and passenger seat, allowing for close to 7 cubes at 30hz rather than 5.9 and almost 34hz. I could have walled it to do 7-7.5, but I like to see out my windows in little ass cars haha Looks like you will be running before me.
