FCsteve
Just leave it, if the light works then who cares for now thats what id do. you can fix it with fiberglass or take it to a shop at a later date. my car is rwd too. last year my car slid across the street at one of my buddys houses. it would have hit a fire hydrant but my buddy had just plowed and there was the perfect mound of snow to stop me from taking out the hydrant. it could have been bad. i try and drive in the snow as little as possible. needlesnpins
take of your bumper and patch/glass it back together from the back just so that you see a crack and not a big hole, that way it will be minimaly noticible and you wont have to paint. Xplorer
Well thats good that you got it fixed, what did it cost ya? 400 clams. Junkyards FTW. Also got lucky and pulled the front bumper off of the same Explorer that I got the hood off of, and now I got fog lights
tejcurrent
Sorry to hear about that, and a little fiberglass inside would hold it for a while. You could clamp it in place, or duct tape it from the outside lol (It works). I'm really glad we don't get snow/ice much at all here in the south- they cancel schools for 1/2" of snow.
