You can either get nothing or a dual in, dual out. Click on the little 'i' box next to the HID Harness drop down and decide if you want it or not. MrBalll Posted February 7, 2012 Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 From what I gathered your bulb type is an 9004. If you read the the box for the adapter is says H1/H7 to 9006. So, no, it doesn't look like you need it since you won't be using an H1 or H7 bulb type. Again, that is from what I gathered.
