JWBryant
I have a shop class at my school and I figured I would build a box for my subs and get graded on it. I didnt want to use plywood so I asked him to buy mdf. He might of misheard me because he bought particleboard (I believe that is what its called) to describe it, its like mdf but less dense. I have a bad feeling that I am going to regret building this. I guess my question is: Am I going to regret using this wood? the1uwannab
Yes particle board blows apart veery easily and mdf is really the only way to go when building a good box.

Skullz
Depending on what your running PB will be fine to a point as long as you use some bracing, once you start getting above 2k you will really want to switch to a higher grade of plywood or MDF. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
