How much SS to seal up the Stang?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, planning on doing a rebuild in the Mach 1, forward firing Fi BL 15. How much SS product would I need to for the trunk lid and to seal off the trunk from cabin? Thanks in advance!

Gorilla tape would be cheaper.

tis what i used

and btw you dont need it, but it takes 6 sq ft to cover the roof

Ive used 75sqft for my small 4 door sedan, floor hasn't been touched yet. Thats 2 layers on every panel but floor so I'd imagine you are looking at 50-100sqft depending on layers and how much you can get on the outer door skin through the inner door skin holes

Gorilla tape? Really? How effective is that? I'm thinking of maybe getting a door pack to start to seal the rear deck and put some on the doors then go from there
