zack_e89 Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 Last night I was bumping and cruising around and everything seemed fine...Until I see sparks flying around in my rear view mirror. I immediately thought "There goes that damn Hifonics" (amp). I checked it out and it was actually the speaker wire melting where it connected to my sub box terminals. I'm definitely replacing my cheap ass speaker wire. But, what else could have caused this except for the faulty wire? I have the binding twist terminals on my sub box.
