02 focus zx5 hatchback, Will it fit? (mids question)

So i found a focus zx5 for an unbeatable price, but i found out they have whack speaker sizes 5x7/6x8 speakers fit in both the front and rear doors... Im trying to get Crescendo audio mids for personal reasons. They have 6 inch and 8 inch speaker sizes (also a 10) again as most of u know.

well my question is... Can i fit the 6'' or the 8'' in each of my doors? which would be a better fit? I understand ill have to take the door panel off and cut holes or make custom brackets ect. But i want to know what you guys think will be better in those 6x8 spots... the crescendo audio 6'' mid or the 8'' mid, and some suggestions on what would be the best way to install them. Thanks guys

You will be able to fit the 6's no problem. I have the Zx3 and it is the same size in the doors. Also the 8's may work, but depth is going to be an issue. I don't know the specs on the speaker, but if they are much deeper then 2.75" then your not likely going to be able to do it and fit the door pannels back on. If you want to modify the doors for it to work then yes all day long. I happend to go with a 6.5" CDT Eurosport comp in each door and then a PPI 5.25" comp in Qlogic kicks. They provide more then enough high's off a Sundown 100.4 to keep up with 155+db's of bass so...... I would think that you'll be okay even going with the 6's unless you plan on a wall you aren't going to get much louder then what I've been able to reach. I've somehow crammed 4 12's into the hatch of my Zx3 and the Zx5 hatch almost the same size. If you wall it you will be able to fit quite a bit more but if it's a hatch setup 2 15's to 4 12's is pretty much gonna be it. Two 18's will fit, but will not allow for optimum firing of woofers and ports to get max bass.

If you need any help I wouldn't mind, hit me up.

FIrst thanks for the super detailed response, id love any suggestions you have for me since u have almost the same vehicle.

wow your build is almost exactly what i wanna do besides the brands. maybe a step or two down from yours actually. i want mine to be a daily driver with 2 15's FI Q on a crescendo bc3500D @1ohm, crescendo 1100.4, crescendo mids, box tuned to 30 hz, 220 mechman alt, and as for batteries, well XS is the way to go.. basically i want high 140's on music tuned nice and low. and i wanna keep the back seats so no wall for me :D.

what size box do you have in back? 4 12's is ALOT. any suggestions for a daily tuned low on 2 15's?

What fits up front? i was thinking 1 XS up front and 2 d3100 in the back but idk the size up front yet.

When i fit the 6's in the doors will i have to custom make frames so i have them fitted better due to the 6x8 speaker ford supplies me with?

I see you have the kick panels, how do you like them? I wanted to get them swell but i wasn't sure how u can rig 6 mids and 6 tweets to a 4 channel amp. so i wasn't including that in my build plans yet. how many mid/highs do you have? how do you have them hooked up to a 4 channel?

Did that pioneer HU lose its grounds yet? mine did in my current build and i had to take it out and re ground them cause my subs would play treble notes -_-.

i won't be doing competitions yet, and if i do i don't think ill be burping, so my build won't mirror yours because we have different goals; but if you could suggest a few things id be very appreciative!

Also i just looked and the crescendo 6.5s take 3'' mounting depth... does that mean i have to Mod my whole door panel? :[ Where are your speakers located? I didn't look closely when i drove the car because at that time it was just the car that firestone dropped metal in a cylinder and my dad was doing an insurance inspection to give back to firestone for them to pay the owner damages. But now that the owner wants to let me buy it and have my dad throw an engine in it, i wish i had looked.

I remember seeing 6x8's in the front two doors.. I'm sure there are some in the back.. are they in the rear doors or in the rear pillars of the hatch back?
