Hell of a time finding a damn fastener.

I'm looking like hell to find a place in the US that sells these:

OR something just like it.

I need to use of the fins on the shank so that I can tap them in with a hammer and not need to hold one side while I adjust the other. Any product like this will work wether it is for general hardware use or skateboard use like these. If anybody can dig up where to get something like this I'd really appreciate it.

What about Tee nuts? With the prongs? Or do uou need the nut on the outside?

Well, My inital plan was to sink these into a panel and cover the fastener head side (flush mounted) with fabric and having the studs stick out on the other side still usable. With the Hurricane nuts or Tnuts I would have to recess them in the fabric side then have a mounting hole where I would use bolts from the non fabric side. I guess each could work, I've had pretty awesome exeerience with the bolts pictured but I may just have to go to the locking nut idea instead of the locking bolt.
