Very little progress again. Made new side panels. And glassed the inside over the foam for max seal cuz the damn foam never hardened like I expected. It was so soft I could poke a hole through it..Sooo yeah.thats bout it..

You used DAP foam from home depot or lowes didn't you. I hate that shit! It's for windows and doors, and it doesn't have the pressure expansion like great stuff does or many other products for that matter. Anyway, live and learn. Did the faom break down at all when you fiberglassed over it? Also, what does that do for the air space now? Had to take up some right? Just talking here. Sorry, it's one of those mornings!

Exactly what I used. Yeah I noticed it sucked. Did not break down at all actually. Yeah it did a bit I think im not sure how much.
