Joe X Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 So here is a suggestion: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 30.5 Hz Vb = 8.5 ft^3 Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted External Height = 24 in External Width = 24 in External Depth = 40 in Port Width = 5 1/2 in Cut List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 24 x 40 Left & Right Sides = 38 1/2 x 21 3/4 Front & Back = 24 x 21 3/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 29 1/4 x 22 1/2 Sub on top. Port inner wall goes all across the bottom of the back wall (good if nothing blocks airflow at that position). Cross bracing applies across the width and top to bottom. Let me know any questions.
