Posted December 9, 2007 Report Share Posted December 9, 2007 going to get this mustang in a few hours. i plan on making it my bassracer. 149.9 class. hatchback and the seats fold down. the biuld will be with 2 rf t3k, 2 15" Fi BTL"s with 2 kinetik batts with only 0 gauage runs. tuned @ 33 hz. i use to own an 89 5.0. i had some minor bass in the hatch. i think it will hold up well. But make sure ya do the electrical right and next month Kinetik is releasing the HC3600 (or 3800) and each of those are rated for about 4k of wattage so just watch out for them! Yes they are legal for competition. They just fit into the cubic inches of space outlined for competition, if ya wondering! David Posted December 9, 2007 Report Share Posted December 9, 2007 hey bro, thats a sexy stang, I would go subz up port up, your gonna have to deaden the fuck out of that thing, they Flex easily, buy a bulk pack of the foilbacked Hushmat and do 3 layers on the roof. as far as batts are concerned, I have a hard time looking past the powermasters, they are incredible batts. 149.9 class means you have to beable to do a 50+ to win, good luck my friend.
