That's the box we ended up with. Will likely end up line-x'ing it.

i think that's what people are saying...there isnt going to be much room with a huge ass box and the electrical/batteries needed to run 7.5k-9k worth of amps...

from what most people are saying subs up port back is going to be your best bet...I would see how much cargo space your working with before worrying about which subs to get...I mean that just makes sense to me...see what you really have room for and go from there

Basically that but it was tidied up a bit more....its all under the box. And no I haven't had any cooling issues yet. Being up in Oregon it doesn't really get that hot up here lol.

And from the testing we've done so far sub up port up is louder in the xb.

Yea i my girl has an 09 scion xb. i did 6 dad kmh 8 build subs facing window port back, and i also had 2 12in treo ssx subs facing window in a slant also port up and port up along the back wall was louder. if ur not wanting to let the back seats down then its gonna be hard to fit a lot. 2 15s is gonna be just like u see in the pics. also the rear suspension on this car gets real low quick so if ur gonna put a lot of heavy stuff ur gonna need to help the rear suspension quite a bit. i had a saz2500 on these two setups by the way. and the 2 12s sounded awesome and would pressurize real good. if ur wanna see a few pics of the 6 kmh 8 builds its under another forumn. heres a link so u can just see the pics if ur wanting to http://www.carstereoclassifieds.org/forum/showthread.php?t=3328
