I got one DD3515 1700 watt wondering if i could get help with a box design tuned to 36. for a explorer sub and port up maximum dims 20 height 20 depth must be 39 wide 45 degree corners net volume 4.50^ft port area 72.0 . THANK YOU

Here is a suggestion, port up/sub up and on your dims, suggested manufacturer specs were used:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 33.034 Hz

Vb = 4.499 ft^3

Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted

External Height = 20 in

External Width = 33 in

External Depth = 20 in

Port Width = 4 in

Cut List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 33 x 20

Left & Right Sides = 18 1/2 x 17 3/4

Front & Back = 33 x 17 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 13 3/4 x 18 1/2

Extension = 11 1/2 x 18 1/2

Note that DD subs are usually tuned higher, consider researhing more into that.

You seem to want a 45 deg slanted top port/sub up... fit a port in that would be very impractical,
