About couple minutes after having the top one on I just got a real sharp painful kind of like some one was tugging on my front teeth with tweezers but it went away quickly. The whole time i have these on my teeth, I have not even swallowed, because if you swallow, the strips will shrivel and get on ur tongue and shit takes some practice getting used to.
