First The audio pipe 3000d Found a guy on craigslist that wants to trade for my t1000 http://www.audiopipe.com/products/amplifiers/ap/ap-30001d.html Second Hifonics colossus I would be getting new from sonic http://www.hifonics.com/Hifonics_Colossus_Amplifiers.html Third RE 5000.1 I would also be getting this new if i went this route http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_35819_RE-Audio-XTX-5000.1-XTX5000.1.html What should i go with? Nivram
okay i didnt want to trade him my new t1000 for a who knows how old and whatnot ap3000. I was leaning toward the RE because i like the 2500rms @1ohm To one channel so i could wire the subs down to 1ohm While the hifonics i would have to run 1100rms @ 2ohm 2 channels So i think i would be getting more out of the RE but The Hifonics is Cea compliant and if i ever wanted to upgrade to 4 sa 15's i could run 3200rms @1ohm. HunterJohnson
I like hifonics. My buddy has 4 15's type r's at .5 ohm and his hfi3000 does great. I have a brz1200 running my alpine type x 12 at 2 ohms and it pushes it to its max in the box I have. I havent heard and tested the other amps so I couldn't give you an honest review but so far what I've seen from hifonics I like plus for the watts you get its fucking cheap!
