Loslam
Well a low tune would cover your feeling of the bass. A low tune also makes a flatter response curve that covers about all of the music types you mentioned. I am not really sure how it would do in a boat, as in the boat is open right? so its like having a box outside the tune is kind of pointless If you have an enclosed area on the boat I'd put it there and tune low Quote 1997 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab, 350 Vortec Things to come at some point... Neal82
Yea boat will be totaly open, i will kinda have an enclosed spot under the seats once I build them in but there wont be room for the speakers I wanna use it as storage heres a picture of what my boat looks like... this isnt my boat but its the exact same one the speaker box will replace one of the rear seats. I could fire the port backwards which its open but enclosed but then id run into a heat issue from the motor.... Dangrebel
32, the boat doesn't have a cabin so therefore no cabin gain to boost the bottom end. Tune low and you shall play low Quote 1999 GMC Yukon, 6 PSI platform 5 18's, 4th order bandpass by BHE, Taramps,
Neal82
Well I think 33 is the lowest I can go, I can make the port wider I might be able to go lower.
